Charles, Missouri. Saint Charles is a wonderful place to live, work, and play, offering a balance of urban conveniences and small-town charm.Position Responsibilities:Develops and maintains cable/wire harness detail and assembly designsAnalyzes results and performs design reviewsDevelops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas)Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests)Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commoditiesDevelops basic statements of workParticipates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selectionAnalyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated designWorks under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ExperienceBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementLevel 2: Typically, 2 or more years' related work experiencePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years related work experienceExperience with wire diagrams and routingExperience with supplier managementConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
