You’ll be paired with a Crew leader and quickly get trained to clean residential and commercial windows, gutters, powerwash, and install Christmas lights. Responsibilities As a Technician, you will perform tasks under the guidance of your Crew leader, work as a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally, and maintain high quality standards. Qualifications Physically capable and able to safely move a 70‑lb ladder repeatedly throughout the day for cleaning windows and gutters, and work from heights safely. Initiative: you need to stay busy and take professional pride in your work. Customer‑first focus: prioritize customer satisfaction and do things the right way, even when it’s hard. Personable and presentable: maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor in person and on the phone. Eye for detail: ensure every inch of every project is inspected and perfect before completion.
