Job Description
We are looking to hire a few new installers we do both New Construction and Retro Window and Door replacements
Will need to purchase a Self Employed Insurance Policy Average Cost $80-$120 a month
Background check will be done at our expense.
Must be able to carry 100lbs
Must be able to use Ladders
Ability to use Smart Phone and Apps - Company Cam, Team Up an Outlook
Not Required but a plus
Previous Experience with Company Cam
Experience with exterior/ interior caulking
Experience in window and or door install/ service
Experience in Texas Summer Construction
No tools required, But is a plus to have them already.
\nCompany Description We Install new construction Windows and Doors of all types, Sliders, Bi-folds and all forms of swinging hinged doors.
We also do remodel projects of partial or full homes windows and doors. We do require all our crew members to carry their own additional general insurance. For an added layer of safety for the employee, customers and the company.
We have a strong crew of guys. We make sure to offer many ways to improve and raise through the company such as crew lead or even just a team lead. We like keeping the crew and company close to each other by having good company parties, breakfast or just a company paid outing.
