Key responsibilities: Coach clients 1-on-1 virtually using established curriculum and methodology Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, and organization Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team Required qualifications: Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field BA or BS degree required Strong understanding of executive functioning and its impact on learning Experience working with neurodivergent individuals is a plus Must be available for at least 12-15 hours per week
